- Two cut and polished blocks of pink Pyrenean sandstone.
- Two engravings on brass revealing the location of a previous burial.
At the heart of each rock lies one of the artist's milk teeth.
The Z-CAPSULE project brings together a series of devices designed to preserve human DNA samples in the form of time capsules.
Inspired by the natural process of rock erosion, the capsules are designed to protect the genomic information they contain.
Hermetically sealed, the capsules have an estimated lifespan of five centuries. As they live on through the ages, they become veritable beacons of memory, bequeathed to future generations.
